Had to give it a 4 simply because I don’t like the scent, which is a personal preference. The product consistency and hold are excellent! MF products hold up throughout the day and the fragrance stays with you. My beard length is from the tips of my fingers to the base of my palm and a full beard so I do have to reapply if I’m outside for a long period of time on a really windy day. But the butter has some good hold on its own so you don’t need as much balm as you do with other companies products.
